General Urban Plan of the Municipality of Neapoli-Sykies

General Urban Plans (L. 2508/1997) constituted until recently (enactment of L. 4447/2016) the strategic level of urban planning in Greece. General Urban Plans determine special protection areas, land-use provisions and restrictions on urban sprawl, areas for residential development, areas for the development of production activities etc., on a municipality level. Consortis is responsible for the wider, peri-urban, spatial development and planning of the Municipality of Neapoli-Sykies.
