None of them may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished, modified, reproduced, reposted or stored, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever.
Except in the case of the individual storage of a single copy of a part of the content on a computer for strictly personal and not public or commercial use and without deleting the indication of origin from the Website, without in any way affecting the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights.
Consortis, in case of infringement of the aforementioned rights, reserves the right to claim any damage caused to it, direct or indirect, positive or consequential, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.

This option may allow access to each user's social media accounts. Consortis does not have access to these social media services or to the profiles of users on these networks. However, it is recommended that each user reads all the information about the services of the respective social media before making any choice available on the Website, in order to be better informed regarding their privacy policies. Consortis is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any social networking service provider or for the use by users of the options included in their platform.

Consortis, under any circumstances, including in the case of negligence, shall not be liable for any form of damage, direct or indirect, related in any way to the use of the services and content of the Website suffered by the user, which the user undertakes on their own initiative and with knowledge and acceptance of the Terms of Use.
Each user must take all appropriate security measures (indicative anti-virus programs) before any "loading" on the Website. The cost of any corrections or repairs is borne by the user and in no case by Consortis.
The Website serves as a means of communication and information about the services provided by Consortis. These websites are subject to their own terms of use, for which Consortis bears no responsibility.
Consortis seeks the best possible quality and reliability of the websites to which it links. However, it cannot control at any time the availability, content, completeness of services and privacy policy of these websites, nor can it intervene with corrections to their content.
For any problem encountered when visiting/using the websites to which the Website refers, the user must inform Consortis and contact directly these websites, which are responsible for the provision of their services. Consortis shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, positive or consequential damage to users, resulting from the use of the possibility of linking to these websites.
Applicable law - Other terms and conditions
The Terms of Use, as well as any change or modification thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international treaties. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute or controversy amicably, the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve it.
Any provision of the Terms of Use that is contrary to the law shall automatically cease to apply and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
