New Urban Planning Framework for the Municipalities of Thermo and Agrinio
The kick-off meeting for the development of the Special Urban Plan (SUP) for the Municipalities of Thermo and Agrinio was successfully held, following the signing of the relevant agreement with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
Consortis, as part of a consortium of economic operators represented by Mr. Georgios Tsakoumis, has undertaken the preparation of the SUP. The plan will define:
- the spatial organization of the area
- land use designations
- settlement boundaries
- building regulations
- and all necessary measures to support sustainable development
The meeting was attended by the Regional Governor of Western Greece, Mr. Nektarios Farmakis, the Mayor of Agrinio, Mr. Georgios Papadastasiou, the Secretary General for Spatial Planning and Urban Environment, Mr. Dimitris Tziolis, as well as representatives from the Municipality of Thermo and the firm Diktyo S.A.
