Completion of the National Cadastre in the Thessaloniki Regional Unit

A major milestone for Northern Greece: the cadastral mapping of 74 additional areas in Thessaloniki has been completed, marking the beginning of a new era in digital land management, legal certainty, and transparency in property transactions.

This complex and large-scale project was implemented with the contribution of Consortis, which undertook critical tasks through its Surveying & Cadastral Studies Department:

• Creation of temporary and final cadastral databases
• Processing of ownership declarations
• Management of objections and corrections
• Drafting of legally binding cadastral records and diagrams
