Consortis at the 9th HSWMA Conference
Consortis was proud to support the 9th Conference of the Hellenic Solid Waste Management Association (HSWMA) as a sponsor. Entitled “Circular Cities 2030 – From Planning to Implementation,” the conference was held on 1–2 October 2026 at the National Technical University of Athens.
As part of the conference programme, Ahi Mantouza, Head of the Environment & Energy Department at Consortis, participated as a speaker and co-author of the scientific paper:
“Circularity Indicators in Environmental Impact Assessments of Poultry and Livestock Units – Development and Pilot Application of an Assessment Framework.”
The paper explores how the principles of the circular economy can be translated into a practical and measurable assessment framework at facility level, drawing on data already available through Environmental Impact Assessments.
Consortis’ participation in the 9th EEDSA Conference reflects our ongoing commitment to scientific excellence, environmental innovation, and the practical implementation of circular economy principles, contributing to more sustainable and resource-efficient approaches to waste and resource management.
