Consortis Geospatial at the Core of Digital Innovation in Greece's Space Ecosystem
Consortis Geospatial, as a subcontractor of Geosystems Hellas, is actively involved in the implementation of Axis 3 of the "National Microsatellite Program," a milestone in the development of geospatial services in Greece. This project aims to create an integrated system for processing and distributing satellite data, covering critical areas such as security and the monitoring of land, water, agriculture, and forests.
Specifically, our contribution focuses on:
- Analyzing and monitoring land use and land cover mapping.
- Managing deformation data and urban analytics, including urban heat islands, public health, and air quality.
- Providing cutting-edge services that enhance digital transformation and sustainable development.
The program, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund “Greece 2.0,” is implemented, in collaboration with ESA, exclusively by Greek companies, reinforcing technological autonomy and creating new opportunities for innovation and employment. Greece is emerging as a leader in leveraging space technologies, delivering state-of-the-art solutions for environmental protection, public safety, and crisis management.
We are proud to participate in a project that advances not only space technology but also provides solutions for daily life and sustainability.
Stay tuned for more updates on our contribution to this ambitious program, opening new horizons for Greece and Europe!
