Consortis Geospatial at the Hellenic Public Property Conference

Consortis Geospatial proudly participated as a supporter of the 2nd Hellenic Public Property Conference, held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel in Athens.

The conference brought to the forefront the strategic priorities of the Greek public sector regarding the development and optimization of public real estate assets. It served as a dynamic platform for dialogue among senior executives from the public and private sectors, investors, technocrats, and institutional stakeholders — all sharing a common vision: to shape modern, effective approaches for leveraging and upgrading public property.

The conference agenda focused on:

  • The design and implementation of comprehensive strategies to maximize the value of public real estate
  • The role of technology and geospatial data in decision-making and asset optimization
  • The promotion of investments and public-private partnerships
  • Advancing green development and energy efficiency through sustainable property utilization
  • Addressing social challenges, such as housing, by unlocking the social potential of public assets

With long-standing experience in geospatial technologies, Consortis Geospatial showcased its advanced property management platform, Landify — a powerful, scalable geoinformation system designed for the management and evaluation of large-scale property portfolios.

Built on open-source GIS technology, Landify provides a user-friendly interface, fast access to data, and advanced tools for visualization and spatial analysis. It is ideally suited for municipalities, regional authorities, ministries, as well as real estate firms, investment funds, energy providers, and agricultural enterprises managing complex asset portfolios.

Consortis’ participation in the conference underscored the critical role of geospatial intelligence in transforming the way both public and private assets are managed — reaffirming the company’s commitment to digital transformation, sustainable growth, and innovation in property management.
