Mr. George Tsakoumis participated in the panel discussion “Urban Environment, Real Estate, and Housing,” where he emphasized that urban regeneration is not merely about aesthetics, but a fundamental tool for reshaping everyday life.

Through the redefinition of public space, the revitalization of neglected areas, and the enhancement of green infrastructure, he noted that “we can design cities that are more functional, sustainable, and people-centered.”

With a steadfast commitment to sustainability and innovation, Consortis actively supports initiatives that promote green growth, sustainable urban planning, and collaboration between the public and private sectors in shaping the resilient, smart cities of the future.
