Safety in Action – Training Seminar for Consortis by the Hellenic Rescue Team

On Thursday, July 10th, we had the privilege of attending a highly practical and informative First Aid seminar delivered by the Hellenic Rescue Team (www.hrt.org.gr).

The session covered all key elements of Basic Life Support (BLS), as well as techniques for managing bleeding and treating injuries. Special emphasis was placed on incidents that may occur in the workplace or at home.

The training stood out for its hands-on approach, incorporating equipment demonstrations, interactive exercises, and realistic scenarios. These practical elements helped participants feel significantly more confident and prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations—wherever and whenever they may arise.
