2nd Revision of the River Basin Management Plan (RBMP) for the Water District of Central Macedonia

Consortis, with full respect for the significance of the National Management Plan, has undertaken, as a consortium contractor, the 2nd Revision of the River Basin Management Plan (RBMP) for the Water District of Central Macedonia (EL10).

The Problem

Continuous environmental pressures, hydromorphological modifications, and the requirements for compliance with the EU Water Framework Directive have necessitated the revision and updating of the existing Management Plan, ensuring effective protection and restoration of water resources.

• Updating and Characterizing Water Bodies: Identification of surface and groundwater bodies using updated data.
